Our Philosophy.


At Pilates on Crescent, we do things a little differently. Our private sessions and classes are rooted in Pilates and also science-backed, modern movement education. This means that every time you step into the studio, you can trust that each class or session is designed to improve your body awareness, challenge your balance and strength, and leave you with a sense of accomplishment no matter your fitness level. We strive for you to feel your very best during your time at the studio and to carry that feeling with you into your daily life.
