Working privately with a Pilates teacher is ideal if you wish to have a program tailored entirely to your own personal movement goals.

It can be especially helpful if you are:

  • pre or postnatal

  • post rehab for a nagging injury

  • suffering from back pain

  • not getting the most out of group fitness settings
