Reformer Principles
55 minutes | Beginner
Are you brand new to the world of the reformer? This class is for you. Learn how to operate a reformer safely and get in a good workout at the same time.
Reformer Tone
55 minutes | Intermediate
Challenge your balance, endurance and strength while we focus on glutes and abdominals with Reformer Tone. For those who have experience with the reformer already.
Equipment Circuit
55 minutes | Intermediate
In this class the reformer, tower, chair and Cadillac will be used in a circuit style, but make it Pilates. The total body will be worked, with an emphasis on strength building and spine support. This class is a whole lot of fun, and for those who have experience with (at least) the reformer.
Pilates with Props
55 minutes | All Levels
It will be a surprise each class for what props are used in this mat class! The ring, block, balls, weights, bands… what will it be? A great class to challenge your body and your brain. For all levels, but some mat experience is advised.
