Challenge your balance, endurance and strength while we focus on glutes and abdominals with Reformer Tone. For those who have experience with the reformer already.
Reformer Length
55 minutes | Intermediate
Combine the breath with exercises that will leave you feeling lighter and longer. The perfect class for a frazzled nervous system. Designed for all levels, but not for those who are brand new to the reformer.
Reformer Jump
55 minutes | Advanced
Get your heart rate pumping as we use impact training, on and off the reformer, combined with strength and total body exercises on the reformer. Designed for advanced movers and those familiar with jumping from the reformer foot bar or jumpboard.
