Reformer Principles
55 minutes | Beginner
Are you brand new to the world of the reformer? This class is for you. Learn how to operate a reformer safely and get in a good workout at the same time.
Reformer Tone
55 minutes | Intermediate
Challenge your balance, endurance and strength while we focus on glutes and abdominals with Reformer Tone. For those who have experience with the reformer already.
Equipment Circuit
55 minutes | Intermediate
In this class the reformer, tower, chair and Cadillac will be used in a circuit style, but make it Pilates. The total body will be worked, with an emphasis on strength building and spine support. This class is a whole lot of fun, and for those who have experience with (at least) the reformer.
Reformer Jump
55 minutes | Advanced
Get your heart rate pumping as we use impact training, on and off the reformer, combined with strength and total body exercises on the reformer. Designed for advanced movers and those familiar with jumping from the reformer foot bar or jumpboard.
